**Charged for an annual renewal without my consent, and then ignored**

I’m writing this review as a warning to anyone considering a WHOOP membership. My experience with this company has been genuinely frustrating, not because of the product itself, but because of how they treat customers once they have your money.

WHOOP charged me for a full annual membership without my consent. I never authorised this renewal, and I was given no clear notice that would have allowed me to stop it in time. Finding an unexpected annual charge on my account was bad enough, but what followed was far worse.

I contacted customer support by email to resolve the issue and request a refund. No reply. I followed up. Still nothing. For a company that markets itself as premium and customer-focused, this complete silence is unacceptable. When you pay for a subscription service, the bare minimum you should expect is that someone answers your emails.

As a consumer, I have rights, including the right not to be charged for services I didn’t agree to and the right to a fair cancellation and refund process. WHOOP is making it extremely difficult for me to exercise those rights, and that is not acceptable from any company, let alone one of this size.

If you’re thinking about signing up, be very careful. Check your renewal settings, keep records of everything, and be prepared for a fight if anything goes wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend WHOOP to anyone. A good product means nothing when the company behind it treats its customers this way.
