Canceled Whoop Membership Still Charged, No Refund

Hello Whoop Community-

I had purchased a whoop with a yearly subscription and returned it.

Despite not have a whoop for many months, I was automatically charged again for the cost of the membership. I have called customer service 8+ times, sent a friendly 12-15 emails and am still unable to find a resolution here.

In conjunction to the cost of the membership i have likely lost another $250-$300 worth of my own time fighting this total unnecessary ordeal.
