Hello, in may I order whoop 5.0. Then within the 30 day range ic canceld my order and send the whoop 5.0 back to Whoop.
Now in July I want a subscription again and upgraded from 4.0 to Life.
After a few hours I wondered that no mail with the order process comes and the support says that I already received a 5.0.
Anybody can help me to get my whoop 5.0 again?
The money is already booked from my card.
Hmmm, order confirmation is typically sent right after you place your order. If you haven’t received it yet, please check your email’s Junk or Spam folder as it might have been filtered there.
