My name is Shanay, and I just placed an order to upgrade my existing 4.0 device to a 5.0. Unfortunately, The place where I ordered it to is a hotel in Dubai and my travel plans have changed due to an emergency. I cant have anyone collect it from the hotel so can you please cancel my order and I can place it again once I have my travel sorted. I see that my order is still being prepared so its not shipped yet.
