Can’t select any recovery options

Hi

I’ve got a whoop one 5.0. I can never select any recovery activity options at all. All other options strain etc work fine. Anyone had this issue?

Are you trying to record a live recovery activity, or add it later in the day? To record it live, tap the ‘+’ icon, then Start Activity and change the activity from the drop-down list at the top.

If you’re adding it later, tap the ‘+’ icon and then Add Activity - Select Activity - Recovery and then choosing your activity, start and end times.
