Can’t register with my account

Hi everyone,

I’m posting on behalf of my friends because they’re having an issue with a WHOOP Family Plan registration.

The Family Plan admin successfully registered and activated his account.

The second member is unable to complete the registration. There is a possibility that the Family Plan was created with the wrong email for him.

Current issue:
He cannot log in. After entering his username and password, he only receives an error. The Family Plan admin also cannot invite him to the plan, and the second member cannot find any invitation email in his inbox.

Earlier, when he tried to register, he was asked to enter credit card details. On the next step, the terms and policy approval was grayed out and impossible to click. We tried from three different devices, but the issue still happened.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
