Hi! My sister gifted me and my girlfriend a 5.0 and 4.0 with a prepaid subscription. However, as new users we started with the 1 month free trial. The problem, right now, is that when we scan the QR with the gift we are unable to redeem it as after scanning it redirects us just to the app and doesn’t reflect in our accounts any extension to our subscriptions.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Need a little more context. If you were given prepaid memberships, how did you sign up for the trial? Did you order trials separately?
