I’m new to Whoop and accidentally locked in my HIIT workout this morning, but only added one of the specific exercises I did.
When I click the HIIT activity, and press the three dots in the top right, I only have the option to delete. If I try to just add the other exercises as a different activity, it shows as overlapping and won’t add.
Any thoughts? It might not be that important, but if I’m going to use this, I want to use it properly.
Thanks!
Welcome @lucashowe
Unfortunately it isn’t possible to edit a completed workout, as I found out when trying to amend a workout in Strength Trainer. However I can see why this is the case, because WHOOP uses the exact ‘start set’ and ‘end set’ timestamps to calculate muscular strain etc, based on weight, reps and duration. It wouldn’t be possible/practical to add this afterwards, unless you knew the times each set or activity started and ended.
My advice would be to add all of the exercises before your next HIIT session, and when you’re in the live activity, use the ‘Exercises’ tab to adjust the order, number of sets, weights and reps.
I hope this helps, good luck!
