The BPM in my and other WHOOP devices I have knowledge of are totally off when cycling (sometimes by 60 BPM) and inconsistent with other wearables and my knowledge of my own body. It WHOOP cannot fix this in a couple of months I plan to return it and claim my money back because analysis and recommendations are then wrong.

Sadly you will not get a refund, many have tried. All you can do is see the year out.
