Blue light will not come on to paid - need to return for a device that works!

My blue light will not come on to pair. It randomly stopped working weeks ago. I have done everything suggested in your threads, fully charged, forget device, uninstalled app, tried over and over, and even though the green light comes on and its fully charged, it will not pair. Please tell me how to replace/return so I can make use of my subscription. It was a gift from my son, one I will not renew if it can’t be fixed.
