I have had this Whoop Device since March and all of a sudden the past 6 weeks, I am having to charge it every 2 days. I gifted it to my wife as I upgraded to the Whoop 5. This is frustrating for her now as the battery just runs out as she is learning to be used to the device and each time it runs out of battery, it sometimes takes forever to pair it the app. Any ideas on a solution for this issue?
I have had the same issue with my 4.0. I am lucky if I even get 2 days out of a charge. I just researched and it told me to download the battery back updater and that hopefully should help. I just updated the battery pack and once it charges will charge my whoop. I will report back if there is improvement, but may be worth doing for your wife’s battery pack. If you type battery pack updater in the search bar on the home page of the whoop site, it walks you through the download.
