Hey all, my device is fully synced to my phone, fully charged and the app is up to date. Despite saying it’s synced to current time, all my graphs etc. on the app are 8 hours behind. Any idea how to fix? I’ve rebooted my device, removed and re-downloaded the app, rebooted my phone and also unpaired and re-paired my device via Bluetooth - nothing has worked. Please help!

If your WHOOP data looks like it’s showing up 8 hours behind, it’s probably a time zone sync hiccup between your device and the app. Totally fixable!
Here are a few things you can try:
- Double-check that your phone’s time and time zone are set to automatic and showing the correct info.
- In the WHOOP app, pull down on the overview screen to manually refresh your data.
- Head to the Device Settings tab in the app and see if there’s a firmware update waiting for you.
- Make sure battery optimization or power-saving modes aren’t limiting the WHOOP app’s activity in the background.
- Confirm the WHOOP app has the right permissions—especially for background activity and location access, if needed.

Thanks so much Liv. Unfortunately this hasn’t worked so I’ve contacted support. I haven’t changed any of my phone settings today, nor time zones, so it’s strange it’s randomly started today.
