App approval to raise the 10-user limit - 3 submissions since March, still no response (Infinity Medical Concierge, Africa)

Hi WHOOP team,

I’m writing from Infinity Medical Concierge (infinity-mc.com), a medical concierge service operating in South Africa (and the first such business on the continent). Our feature, IMC Guardian, uses the WHOOP API to monitor our members’ sleep, body, and physiological summaries to flag early signs that someone may be getting sick, at which point one of our clinicians proactively calls them to check in. As far as we’re aware, we’re the only company in Africa using WHOOP data this way, and we actively encourage our members to adopt WHOOP because of it.

We’ve followed the formal approval process and are only looking to accelerate our existing request, not bypass anything. We first submitted to raise our 10-user limit on 16 March, and again on 11 June and 8 July. Over four months and three submissions later, we’ve had no response (and the Typeform never returned a reference number at any stage, so we have nothing to point back to).

We’ve fully tested within the 10-user limit and are ready to scale. We’d be glad to start with an increase to even 50 users, and expect to reach around 100 over the coming months. Our syncs run well within normal usage.

The delay is now affecting everyone. We launched expecting approval within a few weeks and have been encouraging members to buy WHOOP devices, but frustrated Members who can happily connect other wearables still can’t connect WHOOP. That’s hurting WHOOP’s reputation in a growing African market, our own reputation, and the core functionality of our product.

We genuinely see this as a win for WHOOP: it showcases what the platform can do with regards to early illness and strain detection for an affluent, high-value member base; and helps drive WHOOP adoption across a new market.

@msteam — I’d really appreciate your help escalating this. Happy to confirm the submission email or share any details you need to locate our requests. Thank you.

Antony
