I’m writing from Today AI (today.ai), an AI agent platform that helps users manage their daily life and work through intelligent automation. WHOOP is one of our most important integrations — we use recovery scores, sleep performance, strain, and HRV data to generate personalized health insights for our users each morning, helping them make smarter decisions about their schedules, workload, and recovery.
We’ve followed the formal approval process and are only looking to accelerate our existing request, not bypass anything. We first submitted to raise the 10-user limit in April 2026, and have submitted again twice since then — most recently today, August 6th. Over four months and three submissions later, we’ve had no approval, no rejection, and no timeline beyond the initial auto-reply.
We’ve fully tested within the 10-user limit and are ready to launch. We’d be glad to start with an increase to 500-1,000 users, and expect to scale to 10,000+ users within 6 months of launch. Our morning batch syncs are designed to run efficiently within reasonable rate limits, and we’re happy to discuss any infrastructure requirements.
The delay is now directly blocking our product launch. WHOOP is one of the most-requested integrations among our users. Our product is ready — WHOOP is the missing piece.
We see this as a win for WHOOP: it puts WHOOP data at the center of an AI-powered daily health and productivity workflow for an engaged, tech-forward user base, and drives WHOOP adoption among people actively looking for a wearable to pair with their AI assistant.
