Anyone Else Renew After Trial and Not Get a confirmation for the new device?

I’m dealing with a confusing situation and hoping someone here has gone through something similar.

I canceled my free trial and sent the trial device back. Later, during Black Friday, I renewed my membership. The issue is that I no longer have a device, and never received an email about Whoop sending me the new device.

Has anyone experienced this? Did WHOOP send you a replacement device after renewing, or do I need to request it directly from support?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

I ordered whoop on free trial but on second week I decided to pay for a year. (Whoop peak) thinking I would get a new whoop 5 device. After speaking to customer services via messenger, I was informed that they don’t send out new 5,0 devices after you decide to join on a yearly membership.
