Currently, I have been using another app to track my lifting progress.
For example, last week I did 6 sets of n lbs increasing each set by 10lbs.
I would like to be able to track this progress without having to use another app.
Is this possible?
Hi @rolandoc , thanks for the question! At this time, Strength Trainer is not set up as a historical logger, but folks have provided feedback on how it would be beneficial. What I’ve done in the past is save my workout with my most up to date weights, name it (for example, “Tuesday Leg Session”, and it shows up when I click back into my workout the following week.
