I have been enjoying the Custom Plan feature of Whoop and it’s keeping me accountable. I use the “Any Strength Training Activity” goal (I try to get 4 of those a week) because it gives me a wide range of options to get my strength training in.
I think it would be nice to have an “Any Cardio Training Activity” or something similar that may be able to capture activities that focus solely on heart health like walking, running, or stairmaster. I do a mix of running and walking but wouldn’t want to separate those out into hard set numbers for each week.
