In the journal, when I log anti-anxiety medication, the minimum dose is 0.5mg. I sometimes take a 0.25 or 0.125mg dose, and I can’t log that. Why even validate the dose range at all? Simply let me enter how much I took.

For Melatonin I’m able to enter any dosage I want. There is no validation on it.
