I shipped the device back, and they received it on 4/21/26. Was told it will take 10 business days to get my refund. It has now been 15 business days. I emailed the support email (which is just AI), and it told me I need to cancel my membership. I already did that, but for some reason, it still shows as active (until 3/25/2027). My refund is pending because the Whoop system shows my membership is still active. I cannot find a single way to talk to a human, just AI. This is so frustrating. I wish I had never even tried Whoop.
