Airplane Flying tracking

I take 2–4 flights a week for work, so when I take off and land the time difference changes. Whoop doesn’t handle time differences or my sleep recovery very well. I do tell Whoop AI where I’m flying to, including takeoff and landing times, but the sleep recovery tracking is often quite inaccurate.
Often I fly overnight and I get around 6 hours sleep but Whoop says I only got 2 hours.

Do you have any advice on how I can make this more accurate?
