Anyone else get brought off the waiting list, purchased the labs, and then, without warning just get a refund foisted upon them without additional information? I was super pumped to finally be able to partake in this and then just an unceremonious, no-reply email, and now I am wondering if they are going to offer the same pricing/features in the future. Very disappointed.
