Hi! Please add “nausea” as a trackable symptom in the Journal. This affects me very frequently and is one of the main things I sought to track. It is surprising to me that such a common symptom is not included in the extensive list of options. Thank you ![]()

Agree. Nausea would be an excellent add
Hey @c8hensley @ack425, quick question for you: There is currently a “Status” on the journal that says “Feeling sick or ill?” that you can mark as yes (with the checkmark). Do you think of nausea and “feeling sick or ill” as the same thing or different? Just curious. Thanks.
IMHO,
sick or ill = cold, flu, covid, food poisoning; some bug has found its way into my system
nausea = food allergy or sensitivity, morning sickness, motion sickness, vertigo, medication induced (like chemotherapy, IVF, GLP-1, and many more)
Sick or ill definitely impairs performance and sometimes using Whoop data I can tell that a cold is imminent. Lets me immediately change plans to prioritize recovery.
Nausea? It would be good to have that data. Days where one feels green about the gills but isn’t actually vomiting.
Would be great to see this in Symptoms - I think of nausea as a symptom and sick or ill as a status.
I second this. I have chronic illness and nausea is one of my day-to-day symptoms (from dysautonomia, POTS, motion sickness, and a number of medication side effects) that varies in severity. To me, “feeling sick or ill” refers to something more temporary, like a cold or a stomach bug.
It would be great if you could add nausea as an option in the journal. It’s more specific than just sick.
Thank you
@Durkin this would be a huge win for a lot of us I think… thank you so much for taking it to the product team! Would it be possible to get an update on this? Thanks!
