Healthspan, but Strength Trainer has no program to follow. AI can build one-off workouts and Exercise Trends shows PRs, but nothing connects them. Every session starts from scratch.

Please add multi-week programs that adapt to my data:

- Suggest the next session’s weight and reps based on my logged sets
- Adjust volume on low-Recovery days
- Fit my equipment, days per week, and session length
- Flag stalled lifts and suggest a change

WHOOP is the only platform that can adapt a lifting program to Recovery. This would turn Strength Trainer from a logger into a real coach, and it’s the feature that keeps me on WHOOP instead of a separate lifting app.
