Activity not correct

I have had the 5.0 since it came out. I do hour long HIIT workouts with heavy weight where my heart rate gets up to 180 and my averages at 125+. During the cardio spurts, I would always be at the higher heart rate and zone. In the last few weeks when I do cardio, it doesn’t seem to be reading heart rate correctly. As I’m doing burpees, it will say my heart rate is under 110, which is impossible. I also used to go for a power walk and it detected the walk and gave me an activity. Now it never shows anything. I haven’t changed anything in the app, strap, how I wear it, etc. I tried the reboot but that didn’t change anything. Did something change with the latest firmware update?

I have the same issues. Weightlifting data is not recording properly and interval training data is not accurate. Weightlifting calories can’t possibly be right - way too low for my hard lift days. On a hard interval HR will stall, and even fall back while I am going all out. Did a session on the elliptical and it was 10 lower at some points and dropped at a slower pace too. The only advice I get from Whoop is the AI answer of tighter strap and to clean the sensor etc. i also can’t believe the total calorie burn for the day. Guess we will see what support has to say.
