5.0 Calories/Strain Scenario

A scenario to support my inaccuracy w/5.0.

I spent 45 mins trying on shorts in my walk-in closet to determine what to donate. For this activity, Whoop produced considerably higher strain and calorie metrics than a 2 hour strenuous lifting session later in the day.

Unfortunately, I can’t use their metrics anymore in my bodybuilding training.

Seems we are all seeing this. Only tried Whoop 5/MG but expected so much better. From reading posts on this community I’d say whoop is in a whole lot of trouble. Nothing is working as described by the looks of things. Smaller, thinner, lighter is not better it would appear :thinking:
